The Ministry Excellence Project has contracted with Amicus Group to lead a strategic planning process which possibly could lead to a fundraising campaign. In March and April the MEP Board met with Wayne Antworth of Amicus Group and Mark Vincent of Design Group International for intensive strategic planning. The original intent of this Lilly Endowment Inc. funded project was that the project would become self-supporting and provide pastors and congregations in the two Indiana Districts with ongoing financial assistance and education programs. The board sees the current planning process as an opportunity to evaluate the project’s effectiveness over the last four years and plan accordingly for the future. Now Available
